Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Deviated Nasal Septum

Rhinoplasty #239

Our beautiful 18 year old patient is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery for both functional and cosmetic issues. She had nasal obstruction due to a deviated nasal septum and enlarged allergic turbinates. She was also concerned by the appearance of her wide droopy tip and her profile nasal bump. Her procedure included septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and the use of an extended shield graft in her tip to achieve adequate tip projection and definition through her relatively thick oily nasal skin. At one year after surgery, you can see a less distracting more feminine, and natural looking nasal appearance. Her breathing is markedly improved as well.
