Rhinoplasty #228
Our beautiful patient is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by her wide nasal appearance, hump, and droopy tip. And she had severe nasal blockage from enlarged turbinates, and congenitally narrow internal nasal valves. Her airway was repaired with septoplasty, spreader grafts, and a turbinate reduction. Her tip-plasty was performed with an extended shield graft, a columellar strut graft, and a columellar plumping graft. This was necessary due to her thick nasal skin. After one year, you can see a natural-looking, narrower, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance.
