Our 43 year old patient is seen 6 months after rhinoplasty surgery. She had both functional and cosmetic concerns. Her airway was obstructed from a deviated septum and narrow right internal nasal valve. She was also concerned by a crooked appearance and a profile bump. You can see a straighter, natural looking, and less distracting nasal appearance. And she breathes better too.
