Our lovely patient had rhinoplasty surgery 20 years ago, and she was self conscious about the appearance of her nasal tip. Since she has very thin nasal skin, these visible edges of cartilage called bossae occurred years after her original rhinoplasty. In our experience, Silikon-1000 may be an excellent alternative to revision rhinoplasty surgery, especially when treating nasal tip irregularities after previous surgery.

She was born with deep supra-alar creases in her nasal tip, and she had a dorsal hump.
