Our beautiful patient presented to our office with dissatisfaction with her nasal appearance after previous rhinoplasty surgery. These photos of our beautiful patient were taken one month following a single permanent non-surgical nose job treatment using microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections.

Our patient had a previous rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and was dissatisfied with the asymmetrical height of her nostrils on the front view, as well as the appearance of a deep supratip break on profile. Silikon-1000 was carefully used to lower her left nostril and fill the supra-alar creases on both sides. Additional volume was added to the deep supratip, radix, and infra-tip lobule to achieve subtle tip derotation.

Our beautiful patient visited us due to dissatisfaction with her nasal appearance seven years after undergoing rhinoplasty surgery performed elsewhere. As you can see in her before photos, she had a nice result after her initial procedure. However, she was bothered by nostril asymmetry, deep supra-alar creases, an upturned tip, excessive columella show, and a small micro bump on her profile.

This is a lovely example of permanent non-surgical nose job treatments as a substitute for the uncertainty, cost, downtime, and inconvenience associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. Our patient had several rhinoplasty surgeries performed elsewhere, and the size of her nose was appropriate and in good harmony with the size of her face. Her previous surgeries left her with an over-rotated tip, nostril retraction, and a deep supratip indentation that gave the appearance of a dorsal hump.
