You can see a natural looking and "unoperated" nasal appearance in our patient who received 3 microdroplet silicone 1000 injections over the course of 2 years. Before her treatment, she had several stigmata of previous nasal surgery, Namely tip asymmetry, nostril margin asymmetry, and a pinched appearance. In our experience over 24 years, microdroplet silicone 1000 nasal injections are safe and lead to natural looking nasal appearances especially when there was previous rhinoplasty surgery and additional nasal volume would be of benefit for producing a more natural appearance. Unlike temporary gel fillers like HA, Silikon-1000 is never associated with necrosis, blindness, stroke, infection or biofilm formation.
