Our patient had rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and she didn’t like the pinched and asymmetrical appearance of her nasal tip. Her visible tip cartilages are referred to as “nasal bossae”. She also wanted to improve her curved nasal appearance from an indentation along her right bridge.
