Rhinoplasty Before & After: Sagging Tip Correction

Rhinoplasty #242

Our beautiful patient is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. When she first came to our office, she had both both functional and cosmetic issues with her nose. She had congenital external nasal valve weakness and collapse that was repaired with Lateral crural extension grafts, and a septoplasty. She did not like the droopiness of her nose or her overprojected nasal profile appearance. Additionally, she did not like the appearance of her congenital lower eyelid bags. Before the commencement of rhinoplasty surgery, her medial and middle fat pads were removed with a transconjunctival approach such that there are no external incisions. You can see a natural looking and improved appearance of her nose and lower eyelids, and she is breathing much better.
