Rhinoplasty #231
Our beautiful 29 year old patient is seen 6 months after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She did not like her nasal profile and wanted it refined for her wedding. She did not want a curved nasal profile appearance. She was also concerned by her crooked and droopy nasal appearance that was distracting on her front view. Her airway was compromised by congenitally weak nasal tip cartilages that caused external nasal valve collapse preoperatively with deep breathing. This was repaired with lateral crural strut overlay grafts, and turbinate reduction was also performed. You can see a smaller, less distracting, and natural looking nasal appearance, and her breathing is terrific. She had a lovely wedding last year, and we are so grateful she has let us post her amazing results.
