Our 49 year old patient is seen one year after his functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. His preoperative nasal obstruction was due to congenital narrowing of his external nasal valves and internal nasal valves. Additionally, he has very thin nasal skin, and he was uncomfortable with his overprojected profile nasal appearance. At his anniversary, he is breathing better than ever, and he is thrilled with his less distracting and natural looking nasal appearance.
