Rhinoplasty Before & After: Deviated Septum Correction and Deprojected Profile

Rhinoplasty #215

Our beautiful patient is 35 years old and is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery. She had a functional and cosmetic procedure so her nose should look better and breathe better. Her obstruction was from a severely deviated nasal septum, along with congenital external nasal valvular collapse. Her airway was restored by correcting her deviated septum, and by reinforcing her external nasal valves with cartilage grafts called - "lateral crural extension grafts". Her nasal profile was deprojected and you can see a natural-looking, and less distracting nasal appearance and she is breathing better.
