Our twenty two year old woman is photographed fourteen months following rhinoplasty surgery. Her surgery consisted of hump reduction, tip narrowing, and bridge straightening. Spreader grafts were used on both sides to open her internal nasal valves, and to provide straight nasal bridge lines on front view.
