Our 24-year-old patient had dissatisfaction with her nasal appearance since Middle School. Her dissatisfaction was graded 8.5/10, where 0 would be no dissatisfaction, and 10 the worst. She specifically wanted to correct the long, crooked appearance and the profile hump. Her after photos were taken 1 year postoperative.
