Our beautiful Latina patient requested rhinoplasty because she didn’t like her bulbous nasal tip appearance and dorsal hump. When a hump involves the lower bridge, just above the tip, it may be called a “pollybeak deformity”. Her 1 year postoperative photos demonstrate a pleasing and natural looking nasal appearance.
