Our beautiful patient came to visit us 3 months after a second failed revision rhinoplasty to correct a left tip indentation. Her after photo is 14 months after her revision rhinoplasty, and after 3 microdroplet Silikon-1000 treatments to permanently fill this indentation. We neither endorse nor offer temporary gel fillers in the nose since occasionally these may lead to necrosis, embolism, blindness, stroke, and biofilm formation.
