Our lovely patient never had a rhinoplasty. She was dissatisfied with the appearance of the indentation of her left bridge, and excessive nostril show. You can see a straighter and more pleasing nasal appearance after her second treatment with Silikon-1000, a permanent soft tissue filler well suited for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments. There is never a risk of necrosis, embolism, stroke, or blindness with Silikon-1000. Those complications are associated with temporary gel fillers like HA.
