Our 30 year old patient is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by her crooked nasal appearance and her dorsal hump. She had a history of nasal trauma while learning kickboxing many years earlier. You can see a straighter, more feminine, and less distracting nasal appearance - and better nasal breathing. Her nasal septum was straightened, and her nose was straightened with osteotomies and spreader grafting.
