Our beautiful teenager is seen 8 months following rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by a wide nasal appearance, a dorsal hump and a droopy tip. She was repaired with a tip plasty, an extended shield graft for tip projection, a columellar shoring strut for additional tip support, and nostril narrowing. People with thicker skin types may take a year or longer to see their final result.
