Our beautiful teen patient is seen before and one year after rhinoplasty surgery. Our patient didn't like how much her nose stuck out on profile, and she also wanted a straighter nasal appearance on front view. She was repaired using a right spreader graft, tip plasty, hump removal, and resection of her anterior nasal spine.
