Blepharoplasty Before & After: Removed Excess Fat From the Lower Eyelids

Featured Patient

Our beautiful patient is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. When she first came to our office, she had both both functional and cosmetic issues with her nose. She had congenital external nasal valve weakness and collapse that was repaired with Lateral crural extension grafts, and a septoplasty. She did not like the droopiness of her nose or her overprojected nasal profile appearance. Additionally, she did not like the appearance of her congenital lower eyelid bags. Before the commencement of rhinoplasty surgery, her medial and middle fat pads were removed with a transconjunctival approach such that there are no external incisions. You can see a natural looking and improved appearance of her nose and lower eyelids, and she is breathing much better.

Blepharoplasty Before & After: Just One Month Post Upper Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty #7

Our beautiful 40-year-old patient is a familiar face at our practice. She underwent rhinoplasty many years ago and also had permanent non-surgical lip augmentation with Silikon-1000. Her photos show an early result—just one month after upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She had congenital puffiness in her upper eyelids, which later deflated, causing her skin to touch her lash lines. In her after photos, you can see a natural, youthful upper eyelid appearance with no signs of surgery. We are so grateful that she has allowed us to share her photos!
