Our handsome patient visited us with dissatisfaction in his profile appearance. He felt that his nose was too large, and his chin too small. The after photos were taken 5 months after rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery. We used an Anatomical Chin, size Large, and you can see improved chin projection on profile, and increased chin height on front view. His profile bump was removed for a straight, masculine, and natural looking appearance.
Our handsome 42-year-old gentleman is seen early after rhinoplasty, one month postoperative. He has been dissatisfied with the appearance of his dorsal hump and droopy tip. His repair consisted of hump removal, tip rotation, and tip definition with an extended shield graft. At only one month postoperative, you can see a natural looking and pleasing masculine nasal appearance.
Our handsome 33 year old gentleman is seen 6 months after rhinoplasty surgery. You can see that he started with a broad nasal appearance, a dorsal hump, and a droopy nasal tip. It is also important to note that he had thick, oily nasal skin. In order to achieve nasal tip definition and projection, we had to use an extended shield tip graft. Although he is only halfway through the healing process, you can see a narrower and more pleasing and less distracting nasal appearance, without stigmata of previous surgery. We are grateful he allowed us to post his photos.
Our handsome 26 year old patient is seen just over one month after rhinoplasty surgery, and he is thrilled. He had a history of multiple nasal traumas, and he had a deviated nasal septum, and chronic nasal blockage. He was also bothered by his large profile hump and his droopy tip. You can see a natural looking nasal appearance, and his airway was corrected with septoplasty and spreader grafts at the time of his rhinoplasty.
Our handsome young man came to our office with both functional and cosmetic concerns about his nose. His airway was obstructed by narrow internal nasal valves, a deviated nasal septum, and enlarged turbinates. His cosmetic concerns were related to his profile nasal appearance. After surgery, he can breathe better, and he has a less distracting, smaller, and masculine nasal appearance. These results are early, only 3 months postoperative.
