For excess skin in the lower face and neck, the Natural Lift is the best treatment to remove sagging and create a youthful natural look. The Natural Lift is my version of the European MACS-Lift which lifts the cheeks, jowls, and neck with only a small inconspicuous scar in the crease in front of the ear and in the temple hairline. Unlike conventional facelift surgeries, the Natural Lift is a unique procedure because it tightens the lower face and neck without creating an “operated” look that often changes facial features and expression due to overly tight skin and unnecessary backward pull giving a “wind-tunnel” effect.
