Dr. Joseph has the training and experience to correct protruding ears. The operation may be performed in children as early as seven years. The procedure is done through an incision hidden in the groove where the ear meets the head. There is very little down time, and outstanding results are visible the day after surgery when the bandage is removed. The young lady pictured above wanted to wear her hair in a pony-tail, but was self-conscious of the protruding appearance of her ears. Cosmetic ear surgery allowed her to wear her hair back with confidence.

Dr. Joseph also specializes in the  repair ear lobes damaged by accident or injury. This typically results from either a trauma, or chronic use of earrings that are too heavy. The ear lobe needing repair is either completely torn, or the pierced hole becomes too large, stretched and unattractive. Ear lobe repair is performed with local anesthetic in the office with no down-time. Re-piercing is performed three months later at no charge.
