My 16 year old patient from Roselle Park, NJ was involved in a motor vehicle accident; she acquired a profile-bump, and a deviated nasal septum. Along with septoplasty, turbinate reduction was performed during her surgery to restore her breathing. There is still visible tip swelling, but you can see an un-operated, attractive appearance.
