She also had a severely deviated nasal septum that required correction. This is an early, 10-day, post-operative picture demonstrating Rhinoplasty, and Chin Implant surgery. You can see improved facial proportions, and a more attractive appearance. There is slight residual bruising under her right eye that is easily camouflaged with our post-surgical makeup kit.
